These are Miceal Ambrose, a Victorian Lawyer, Craig Dennis, an online business owner and community bank Director and Andrew Lloyd, an executive director of a specialized logistics company in Australia as the new BizMio Chairman).

BizMio Services Pty. Ltd. becomes a public company and changes it’s name to BizMio Limited.

Before BizMio Services went from having one shareholder (SISS) to having more than 2,000 shareholders, the SISS Board converted the company to a public company and changed its name to simply BizMio Limited – sounds more purposeful in the SISS Board’s opinion. While we are on the matter of the name, Biz means business and Mio is Italian for Me or My, as I recall, so it means My Business and it was intended to be pronounced Biz – Me – O not Biz-My –O. You can call it what you like, really, as long as it is with affection.

While the SISS Board was dealing with BizMio it accepted a proposal from KPMG to audit BizMio. Up until yesterday it was audited as part of the greater SISS group of companies. This step will prepare it for whatever the new Board has in mind to recommend to all of us as shareholders.
